Hello everyone I was wondering is anyone know what this might b. I touched it and it squirted. Should I isolate it? Thanks any advice will b appreciated

It's hard to tell by the picture.
Is the eye swollen, have clear liquid, yellow pus?
Any signs of coughing, sneezing, runny nose, discharge?
Do you know what caused the eye to be that way?
I would separate the chick, keep it warm and on clean bedding, with feed and water.
Flush the eye with saline and see if there is anything in it, such as dust, feed, or see if it has been pecked or injured somehowe. If it has pus in it, take a qtip wet with saline and remove as much pus as possible. You can apply some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment in the eye.

I have a 2 month old Golden Laced Wyandotte with swollen eyes and they look foamy what do I do???!!?????
@horseshoe13 could you possibly start your own thread with photos and a list of symptoms, history etc. for your chick?
