I have had a very difficult time finding any answers on what it would take (if anything) to be able to sell my extra eggs at farmer's markets in Indiana. There  are specific regulations for chicken eggs, however, the state has made it very clear that the egg board does not govern quail eggs. It refers to the department of health, which, I could not find anything in regards to quail eggs (all I see are references to chicken eggs and the egg board).

Any suggestions? I thought I'd contact my local/county Department of Health, but I'd imagine they may be clueless. Thanks for your help!
