Hi everyone!
I was over the moon excited last month when my buff Silkie hen hatched three babies that were fathered by my white Sizzle rooster. One of them is her biological chick, and the other two have Americauna moms. I'm curious what you all think of this one chick - I am suspicious that it might be a rooster. So far, the things making me suspicious are...
- it is bigger than it's other mixed sizzle/americauna sibling
- it stands tall and is very alert
- it has a very slight yellow comb
- it has fuller tail feathers than it's other mixed sizzle/americauna sibling
