Growth and Maturity of chickens

My Problem:

Almost all of my neighbors are raising chickens, but I wondered why their chickens mature and grow so quickly while the ones I raise were immature while some took time to grow. When I bring a new chicken from other places and set free in my backyard, their growth will be completely stunted.

Another Problem:

When I isolate a rooster on the front of my house, it will suddenly become a coward.

I need answers as soon as possible.

Are you providing growers feed? If they have an insufficient and nutritionally unbalanced diet they will not grow as well.

Ken's right. You've go to feed them a complete feed. Corn, grass and food scraps wont give the full potential of birds.

I have fed almost all of them with Pullet developer pellets. There are two that has feed with a different feed.
