Help!! We had a rough below zero night a month or so ago. One of my hens feet both got very stiff. I thawed her out and she developed 2 blisters on one foot. I researched and assumed it was from the cold. That led to darkening of the area and from what I read I was sure it was frost bite. Her toes and foot are all dark and hard. Definitely dead. I've read to just leave it alone and let nature take its course. I have been making sure she is clean and doing well otherwise. I just went out to check on them and found that she is bleeding on that foot! It looks like it's coming from the "seam" between her ankle (?) and foot. Her ankle looks healthy that's connected to her bad (dead?) foot! I am now wondering if this is normal? Is her foot about to fall off? Or is it not even frost bite and I've let it go this far without proper treatment!! She has been getting around pretty well on one foot, as she won't put her bad foot down. I don't know if she bumped her leg or if one of the other girls bothered her! Help!! Any advice would be so helpful! My poor girl!

just let nature take its course she may have just nicked it by walking past a sharp twig even, the dead parts will eventually fall off I think it looks fine, if it still wants to keep bleeding you can put some cornstarch on it and it will stop it.
