I ordered 4 ducks that will be coming in middle of May. I was curious if I could also raise a chicken or 2 with them? My coop is 5x7 and the run will be 20x2 totally fenced in and roof covered. Will hey be able to survive together?

I don't know for sure since I have never done this, but my neighbor does. She seems to raise them together and put them out into her pen. She has a wonderful set up, I would say like a 30x50 foot pen ( I don't know for sure maybe bigger?) and she has to coops and houses in there. There is a pond and the puts the chickens and ducks together. They seem happy. I'm pretty jealous of her setup!I ordered 4 ducks that will be coming in middle of May. It looks like she has two small sheds. I never actually went over there to look at them. I admire them from farSo she has two seperate coops inside the run?
Yes - I've done it. You just need a water solution as ducks need deeper water and will make a mess of it. I elevated it over a pan and used a cut-out milk jug. You'll have to clean it often.
