No not at all! They're acting just like normal. Not lethargic looking this is the first Poo I've seen like this and it's in the egg box.
If they are acting fine, I would ignore unless you find another one like it. It may be a one off.

Would it be like a pre egg? It look like the egg white of the egg surrounding it.
