Egg eating is usually from three things, protein deficiency, calcium deficiency, or boredom. Make sure you are feeding enough protein, if feeding layer any extras will dilute the total protein down, it's best to feed an all flock with a 18-20% protein. Always have a separate bowl of oyster shells available for extra calcium, and make sure your hens have as large an area as possible and things to do all day so they aren't looking at the eggs.

Also make sure your nest are well bedded, as any cracked eggs will be eaten.

Chickens, muscovy ducks, turkeys, donkeys , goats, dogs, fish, parakeets, a parrot, and a cat.

Chickens and dogs are healing to the soul.

I brake for squirrels.

Some of my birds.

There are some good tips on breaking the habit here: http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/six-tips-on-breaking-your-egg-eater
