Successful First Hatch!

Well, so far 3 out of 4 chicks in my first batch have hatched. The 4th has been pipped for the last 18 hours and is just hanging out for now. It's funny how relaxed I am now compared to how I was for the first egg hatching, but I'm getting ready in about a week for our second batch to hatch and it's 31 eggs. I'm looking to improve where I can before lockdown. I noticed on the first batch that 3 out of 4 were positioned with their head first at the small end of the egg. I put them on lockdown on the beginning of day 18 and they started hatching accordingly on day 21 to present which is the end of day 23. If it were just one egg, I'd assume that it was just random, but for it to be 3 out of 4 eggs it makes me wonder if I did something wrong or could maybe simply do better somehow.

Any tips, suggestions, or high-fives are much appreciated. Thanks.

Congrats on the hatch!

Malpositions can be due to a number of causes. Here is some info on it:
