I am trying to assess whether or not my hen here, Gertrude, would be suitable for showing at the state fair. I'd love to know what some experienced people think. I know that she's not perfect, but I have read the standards for this breed and think she's awfully close.

Yes, she is from my pet chicken. I know these birds are rarely show quality birds, but I know there's always exceptions. I'm not expecting to take her to the big shows and win. Just the state fair. My daughter is going to start showing, and I thought it might be fun to include Gertrude here. If possible.
