At what point can you "Imprint" with my baby ducks?

You don't want to.

Unless you plan on spending the next few months with your ducklings 24/7, then realize that every time you are out of their sight will cause them fear and distress if they have truly imprinted on you. That is completely unfair to them.

Bonding, however, is more appropriate and is initially accomplished by forming positive associations with yourself. A lot of time this involves food, but can also be accomplished through warmth, comfort, petting, etc.
