Can someone confirm what breed this is?

I bought these chickens 2 weeks ago as brown warrens however went back to the country store yesterday and they are advertising as columbian black tails? Sorry I am a newbie...

That's a red sex link. Never heard of Brown Warren but would assume it's a sex link like ISA Brown. There are several crosses done for a red sex link and each hatchery will have it's own name. It can be confusing. Red Star, Comet, ISA Brown, Cinnammin Queen, Red Sex-link....the list goes on.

Brown warren is another name for a Red Sex Link. Because it is a hybrid, it has no fixed name so people called them all sorts - red stars, golden comets, etc.

I hope that explains it.
