How old are the birds now? Were they adults when you got them in October? Has Doodle changed much since you got them?
I'm thinking Doodle is a hen with a hormonal imbalance, but that's based on them being mature birds. If they're younger, it could be a slower maturing cockerel. But the lack of hackle and saddle feathers make me think female.
How's egg production?
I agree the other two are red sex links.
And female birds can have some wicked spurs, it's really not that rare. Some males don't grow spurs until a good year of age, so spurs or lack thereof are not reliable indicators of gender.
