Phoenix bantams: Pullet and cockerel?

I've been wondering about my Phoenix "girl" because of the pinking wattles and red feathers starting to grow in around the shoulder area. Any ideas? She's about 4 1/2 weeks old. Her tail isn't nearly as long as his, and she's much darker. Also, does anybody know what color variation they are? I'm suspecting Black Breasted, or something in that vicinity, but I am a novice with this breed.

I really don't know anything about them, not even what variety they are, but they're very pretty. Arizona's tail (not pictured) is LONG!

My gut feeling was that she was a pullet, but I just needed a second opinion.
