Phoenix bantams: Pullet and cockerel?

I've been wondering about my Phoenix "girl" because of the pinking wattles and red feathers starting to grow in around the shoulder area. Any ideas? She's about 4 1/2 weeks old. Her tail isn't nearly as long as his, and she's much darker. Also, does anybody know what color variation they are? I'm suspecting Black Breasted, or something in that vicinity, but I am a novice with this breed. :) Thanks!

Here's Arizona, the handsome boy, for comparison.

Ohhhhh Amari! What a nice Pheonix! I don 't have one but she/he is amazing!

John 10:28-29: And I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.

Thank you! :D I really don't know anything about them, not even what variety they are, but they're very pretty. Arizona's tail (not pictured) is LONG!

Thanks for the input! :) My gut feeling was that she was a pullet, but I just needed a second opinion.

Could I see her tail? I wanna see how long it can be for a chick.
