This chick is very small with 4 toes and feathered feet.

Perhaps a White Cochin bantam? Kind of hard to tell without seeing its comb. It's adorable! :love

Looks to have a small crest, beard and maybe even a vaulted beak.  I'd guess Cochin x Polish.
