Can they live outside yet?

My 4 buffs are outside effective today at 4 weeks old. Its 40 degrees outside and tonight in the 30s but forecast looks to warm up by next week. I have a heat lamp but the door to the run is open and they are happily dipping in and out like they cant even feel the cold;)

I have 3 Orpington chicks that will be 4 weeks old this weekend, I am located in New England where we got snow this past weekend and record breaking cold weather. I was thinking of sectioning off a portion of my coop with chicken wire so they will be out of a brooder but inside a coop, should they be ok?
