Buff Orpington Roo?

This is a three week old Buff Orpington who I think may be a Roo because of its big comb. But the thing is, is that when i picked him/her out at a day old it already had a comb. So I am confused. Any idea?

my guess is roo because from what I can see of the wattles they look rather red, and females don't redden until they are about to lay.
