Over the last more than 8 wonderful years, our BYC family has grown immensely! Can you believe how many members we have now??

In an effort to celebrate with everyone we are starting a new contest to guess when we will reach 400,000 members!
Be the closest to guess the DATE & HOUR (Eastern Standard Time) when we'll hit 400,000 members and you can win some amazing prizes!!!
FIRST PLACE (For closest guess) will win a $100 Gift certificate to the BYC STORE!
SECOND PLACE will win a $50 Gift Certificate to the BYC STORE
THIRD PLACE and FOURTH PLACE will each win a 1-year Golden Feather Membership for themselves or a friend.
How To Enter:
To enter the contest, you need (to do) a few things:
1) Start a thread in the Pictures & Stories of My Chickens forum section and show and tell us about your flock, coop etc. For the non-poultry owners here, we'd allow you to share pics of previous flocks and tell us which breeds, etc you would like to keep.
2) Reply to this thread and include a link to your thread you started above (which must be a new thread) and also enter the date/time you think we'll hit the magic number in the format 1/12/2015 6:00 pm
3) Have a post count of at least 10 posts
WE WILL BE ACCEPTING GUESSES UNTIL April 20th 2016 (04/20/2016)
Your reply MUST be in this format: Month/Day/Year Hour... kinda like this:

Rules:
- To enter the contest, in addition to your guess, you need to post a link to a thread you started in the Pictures & Stories of My Chickens forum section. Post some pics of your flock and or coop and tell us a bit more about them. Members who do not own any poultry at the moment, can share either previous flocks, or tell us which breeds they'd be interested in getting.
- Members also need to have a post count of at least 10 posts, to become eligible.
- The closest guess to the actual date/hour (either before or after) wins.
- You can only enter the contest with ONE GUESS ENTRY!
- If you want to lock in a specific day/hour, post it before anybody else.
- You can change your guess to a different day/hour IF IT IS NOT TAKEN but if you choose another ay you allow someone else to take your previous guess.
- You can change your guess as many times as you want until the end of the contest time above!
- To change your guess: Edit your guess post before the end of the contest
- All guesses must be on the HOUR (i.e., NO MINUTES). If you entered minutes into your guess your guess will be rounded up or down to the closest hour.
- We will be accepting guesses until and including April 20th 2016
- Most important: HAVE LOTS OF FUN!
