Pullet or Roo?

Fingers crossed for a pullet because I can't have a roo in the city sad.png

Approximately 3-4 weeks old

Breed?  That would help.  Without that knowledge, I'm going with roo.

How can I think outside of the box when they won't let me out?

TheThere's not a lot of pinkness in the comb, but being that there already is at that age, my guess is roo also.
