Helped Chick Hatch

Three weeks ago my class's eggs we incubated were hatching. All but four eggs hatched, one of which was half out, but too weak to finish. The teacher was going to toss her if she wasnt out the next day because she was dying. However i helped her a bit and she ended up making it. Incidentally, the chick imprinted on me, so i took her home. Ive noticed her behavior is a bit odd, when shes playing outside with her siblings she'll wander off and cry, but not try to find them or anything. Most of the time she wont wander off with them, shell stick by me and pick at the grass or just stand there by my feet. When i go to set her on the ground, shes too scared to jump off herself. Im concerned helping her hatch caused some problems, but i think it was fair to give her a chance at life. When she was in the egg, the top of her head stuck out a bit and i think it affected her head feathers and what not, the pictures will explain. P.s im aware you're not supposed to help them hatch, but she wouldve died and i figured it wouldnt hurt, and now i have the sweetest little pullet. Also, shes and americuana.
