First THANK YOU! I have some aggressive pecking going on. It is switching around but always the two EE chucks wind up with bloody missing feathers being picked above base of tail. I separated my RIR and am going to reintroduce today but it is now going deeper than that. Bought them all together at 3 weeks old. They should be 8 weeks now. If there are cockerels perhaps that might explain things? They were supposed to be sexed : ( First time chicken owner. So here are the pics! Oh, and what breed is the
1st one?

EE 1

EE#2
Both together

Leghorn. Smallest of the bunch.

My favorite! Barred rock,Hopefully a pullet please please please

Red looks like a cockerel, however they're fast growers and could be an early-developing pullet.

The unknown looks like a Silver Laced Wyandotte. Watch that white patch on the shoulder--that's a cockerel trait.

Easter Eggers, Leghorn and Barred Rock all look like pullets to me.

agreed

Congratulations! Your only roo is the first one, the rest are all girls!! Prepare for lots of yummy eggs for breakfast.. maybe even some fertile hatching eggs if you keep the roo!:)

At 8 weeks, I'm not sure that Red bird is male. I'd expect a lot more comb at this age, and it has not color to it. I'd hold off and see how it turns out. Then again, if it's aggressive and causing issues, it doesn't matter what gender it is, go ahead and sell it.

That's exactly what I was thinking.. I was thinking that roosters would have more reed than that, so the first one might have a chance at being a girl. As donrae said, if they are mean/aggressive than you need to sell them no matter the gender.

Also it has no wattles and a pale comb. I am now rethinking it.. possibly pullet? Hope everything goes well in your flock!
