Missing feathers, scabs, redness?

Hi there, I've gained a lot of information from these boards, but this is my first post!
I have noticed that two of my hens have big, red, featherless patches on their undersides below the vent, with scabs, and one has a hard lump, maybe an ingrown feather? One has more redness and a larger patch of feather loss. The girls are about a year old, we have 15 total and only two that look like this. Both Buff Orpingtons. I have not noticed any behavioral issues, and these ladies are not far down on the pecking order, so I'm not sure what is going on. I have read everything from mites to bullying to feather eating to diet and about 10 other things, but no real clear answer! I have checked both girls and do not see any sign of parasites, no new birds introduced to the flock recently, no food changes, no other signs of illness. What should I be doing?

I agree with OFW. Probably the most pristine looking bird in the flock.
