Goose Egg.. fertile or no?

That's what I was thinking, but I'm not an expert on the subject. My gander is doing his thing, all of my poor ladies are nearly bald. I sure how he's not shooting blanks!
 
This is their first year to lay, I'm not positive which lady laid it, one has been laying a couple weeks another just started, the third hasn't laid yet. But it could have been a first egg. I dropped it.. So I thought I would check it and see.
 
Ah ok that explains it. First year eggs are infertile and especially if it's their first few eggs.
The one laying for weeks should start producing fertile eggs around now ;)
 
you see that white speck in the egg that means it is fertile just recently bred they can last up to 10 days old before being not able to be put in an incubator to hatch out.
