Chick with Bump on Abdomen??!

Hi. A few weeks ago I got 4 chicks. A few days after I got them I noticed the Jersey Giant, Seagull, has a bump on her abdomen. It's almost in between her legs. It moves a bit too.. Like if I'm holding her trying to look at it it will move down...I'm not sure what it is. She's acting fine. She's around three weeks old. She runs around with the other three, eats, drinks, she's acting completely normal. She does sit down a bit more that the others though. I'm just worried and would like to know if anyone has any ideas to what it could be. Thanks.

Hopefully someone else will chime in, but to me it looks like her "belly button" where the umbilical was.

Yeah that's what I was thinking at first, but it hasn't gotten any better...But it hasn't gotten any worse either.
