First of I would like to say I'm new to duck and chickens and new to the site I currently have ten pullets around 4 weeks old and 2 rouen ducks about the same age i would like to say thx a Lot for the people in this forum i learned so much from ya guys and gals thank you all. I have read other posts about sexing rouens, but postings my own pics and info on mine would be a good idea. I'm hoping for a male and female. Ok so the crested one has more of a peep sound, is slightly bigger with more of a yellow bill and lighter down and feathers around the face, neck and chest area. The other has more of a pale looking bill that looks a little darker. As far as the color this rouen has a darker neck and chest area and has a quieter but higher pitched sound if that makes sense.
