All chickens acting weird??

So I noticed all my chickens will not come out from under the coop? It's like they are hiding?? It's been like this all day and it's been very windy and it thunder stormed last night. This one hen who is usually very active and friendly is now acting "depressed" she will drink and slowly eat mealworms but usually when i bring them out she is the first one there and gobbles them down? What's going on?
 
It sounds like what happens when my birds see a hawk or vultures fly over. I don't know what might be setting them off, but especially the eating and drinking slowly thing sounds like there is something that is frightening them. Good Luck!
 
THank you for your quick response! Oh ok i was scared they were sick or something! So just watch out for anything that might try and hurt them?
