Growing bent or curled feathers

I have a 7 week old Red sexlink pullet who is growing bent, crooked or twisted feathers, giving her a frizzy apperance. It makes her look really cute, but I just wanted to find out if anyone knows what can cause this, and if it's something to worry about. My other sexlinks are growing straight feathers, she is the only one who looks like this. I would love to hear what everyone has to say about this :)

Looks like she may have some frizzle in her background - part of the fun/problem with sex links is with the mixed breeding that goes into creating them you can't always be sure what parent stock was used.
