My girl is approximately 2 yrs old. 1 of 4 hens
Eats No Soy No Corn Crumbles, ACV/Garlic Water, Mostly Organic kitchen scraps, Yogurt a couple times per week.
Pine shavings for bedding and ground cover with DE sprinkled periodically as needed.
Henhouse is small and gets scooped daily. Shavings replaced as needed.

History:

She has a history of excessive drinking periodically and loose or wet stools commnon, but otherwise behaved normally.

Recent symptoms:

Loose stools with Yellow Urates (this is new), Watery Stool.
Dirty bottom (also new even though she has a history of messy poops)
Not interested in yogurt treats
Have seen her scratch and peck some and catch flying insects.
Not as active as other girls. Slow moving standing around alot.
Pea Comb has seemed a little pale but yesterday am seemed darker (bluish) but not BRIGHT red like others.
Caught her with her tail down a couple times lately.
Recently added rooster booster (noted cecal worms in another hen)

Thoughts, comments, advice, treatments?

Thank you!

Will add pic as soon as I can.

Update. ...
Had Fecal Float test done at Vet. Results were essentially inconclusive, but it di show a FEW Non Pathogenic Grain Mite Ova. From quick read it appears these pass in stool without incident. Now I am at a loss. Her appatite is weak but her comb is now VERY DEEP RED. CAN ANYONE HELP??!!! I am going to go ahead with Duramax for 5 days in addition to electrolytes and anything I can get her interested in eating. HELP!!!!

The above pic does not show well. Her comb is nearly as dark has her feathers.
