I know it's probably to early to tell for sure just wanted some others opinions.

The thing about barred rocks is that they can be sexed with 90%+ accuracy on hatch day. It gets more difficult as time goes on, until they develop darker/lighter shades for male/female.
Right now I'd say with relative certainty that chick #1 is a female based on dark leg pigment. Hard to say on the second since I can't see the legs. I lean toward cockerel, though, because his white barring seems more prominent.
