This morning I went out to my coop where I have one duck and one drake separated from the rest of the flock because they are being treated for bumble foot. My little girl is about 8 months old and has been laying eggs on and off but today in her coop I found the littles egg I have ever seen. Here is a picture of it next to the eggs I got from 2 of my other girls. It is so small but looks like on of her eggs as far as color and shape. I was wondering if it was somehow laid by her or if we have a sneaky local bird trying to lay eggs in her house. What are your thoughts? Could not getting enough food do this? Or could the antibiotics?

More than likely hers. Occationally you can get egg oddities, little ones are one of them. Sometimes they contain a tiny yolk, sometimes there's no yolk but a piece of tissue, and sometimes there's nothing, just egg white. I call them fart eggs.

Some refer to these as 'fart' eggs. They happen sometimes at the start or end of a laying cycle - the disruption in her housing may have had an effect that caused this also.
