Chicken not walking

She's had mild antibiotics, electrolytes and strong vitamins yesterday and today. Her legs are less loose and clenched now, but still not moving. It's seems to me her vent has lost muscle tone She's ate and drank tons yesterday and less today but consistently. When I pushed on her belly she peed alot.she is wet because I had to wash her butt.

It sounds like you are doing what most of us would do with the antibiotics, vitamins etc. It's good that she is still eating and drinking.

The vent losing muscle tone - the second picture looks like she may have a slight prolapse - you can give her some calcium and apply some hemorrhoid cream to the vent and gently push it back in to see if that helps.
When you say you pushed on her belly and she "peed alot", what came out - clear liquid, consistency of egg white, yellow like egg yolk, or something else? Does her abdomen feel "watery" like a balloon?

Thanks. The fluid was almost perfectly clear, her stomach didnt feel as firm as the day before but I'm not sure I would call it watery. I'll grab some preperation H in town today. Who new I'ld need that on hand for chickens lol
