We hatched out all 7 eggs Mon. This is our fist time & everyone made it. They are out of our 3 New Hamps. It has really been exciting.
Everyone is doing great so far.

Hi & thank you very much. All 7 are doing very good & are very active. Not to mention the eating. They have went through 5 lbs. of Start & Grow in one week. It is unreal how fast they are growing.

These chicks never stop eating unless they are asleep, which is less & less. Their parents came from Bill Braden's line & I got them when they were 8 & 6 weeks old, 2 pullets & a rooster,

& they never stopped eating either. I can't believe how the wing & tail feathers are coming in & they are 8 days old. Yesterday I put them in their big playpen on the back porch & they did quit eating long enough for a romp in the dirt!!!!

We will take their pen outside when it is warmer. The back porch is glassed in so they do get some sun. The weather here has been too cool & the wind has been terrible. They were out there for a long time yesterday & had a big time. They love the dirt baths.

This has been so much fun & they have had so much company from our friends coming to see them. Yesterday morning for awhile I was so sad. They had grown so much overnight that I had trouble telling them apart. 3 of them are Mildred's & 4 are Alice's. I know that one is a rooster for sure. He was the first one hatched & his attitude has rooster written all over him. I am hoping the other 6 will be girls but I doubt I could be that lucky.

I have 3, 8 week German line New Hampshire roosters free to a good home. They are trained to free roam in my yard & are doing great. They are beautiful guys, have been hand raised, are pure bred, & I have the parents. I live in Okla. Their daddy has a super personality & they do too.
