New to BYC, some questions

Hey I'm new to BYC, I have a old english bantam hen and the breed of my rooster is unknown so if you have a guess tell me please. Well I've had the hen for a year now but no eggs I had a old english rooster but about 3 months ago a hawk got him. So about a month ago we got a new rooster for her and they have mated multiple times but no eggs and she's only been laying soft shelled eggs. Could it be that she has no oyster shells in her diet, too fat or not able to breed because she's to old/young (idk her age nor the rooster) so any answers please tell me thanks! I also have trouble uploading a photo lol

Are you feeding a balanced laying ration?
