EE cockerel?

I know its really early but i have no experience with EE. I have 4 that are around 3 weeks old. I dont know the exact hatch date but i got them on the 22nd. This one has me thinking roo. Although it has developed way faster than the other. Not sure if they all hatched together or not. On a few occasions this one has even pecked me when i put my hand in the brooder. All 4 were supposed to be pullets but we all know how that goes. Any thoughts?

Thanks my other ones just look so different. One is all white and looks like a pullet. The other 2 are darker and smaller. One has no nail feathers either but is mostly feathered.
