Raw places on backs of hens

Trying to find out what to do about these raw places on my hens. Uploading pics. Please give me some insight.

Do you have a rooster with your hens? Roosters can pull the feathers out of hens back when mating.

No rooster in with these ladies.

Then my next thought is mites. Check them at night with a good flashlight and see if you see any creepy crawlies.

What do you treat mites with? Also, it started on 2 when I noticed & now all are noticeable.
