#1 looks like an Australorp. Right now it's looking like a pullet: not enough red in the comb. And #2, looks to be too much red. So, I suspect it is a roo.

Did you get it from the bantam bin? If so it could be a OEGB if not it could be a Welsummer or a Light brown Leghorn.
