I forgot about red rangers. TSC seems to like those meat breeds idunno.gif

Your TSC didn't have the bin labeled?  Ours carries something called "production red" which look similar and just yesterday they had a bin of Dixie rainbows which may be a possibility.  Just keep hoping for the production red.

Could be a Red Ranger! Or ISA Brown! My chicks look just like that. I adore my Rangers, best birds I've had yet personality wise, but no eggs yet!

The bins around here are sometimes labeled, but most of the labels re worn off. I figured out one bin was BSLs though just by comparing the picture on the sign...

Well, of course it had a label. It had a black silhouette of a hen and chicks with the name "unknown" in the title area. Which is better than buying a bird, thinking that you are getting one type, only to discover you didn't get what you paid for (paying for minorcas and getting australorps).
