Will this baby die or new to be put down?
 
Hi :welcome

It looks like it could be umbilical that's still attached to the chick. Is it attached to its navel? For now I would leave it in the incubator to dry off and fluff up and re asses it then. If its umbilical it should dry up and fall off of its own accord. Please don't pull anything as this could cause it's abdomen to come out.

Thanks hoping so, they hatched a day earlier than expected but it seems to be doing fine and another just hatched and there was a entire long string of that stuff that came off and stayed with egg. So I think maybe some of that stuff just got stuck to it. Thanks again. Fingers are stil crossed.
