Last week, any changes I need to make?

I am nearing the last week of my meaties, is there anything I need to do before butchering as far as feed goes? I am currently feeding 12 hrs on and 12 hrs off. ACV in the water too. Do I not feed last 24 hours? Do I need to marinate with garlic? lol.

I gather from reading that I need to pull the food the last 24 hours.

Yeah, pulling the feed just makes evisceration easier and potentially cleaner. Keep them watered.

I don't do anything different with my CX or my excess layer breed cockerels. Sometimes I fast them, sometimes butchering is an impulse and the bird has full crop and intestines. Empty is definitely easier, but the other way's not impossible.

Ok, thanks!  This will be my first time with meat birds. Luckily I have a friend that is going to show/help with the butcher process as I am kinda clueless. :idunno
