Frizzle roo?

Got him as a baby chick, farmer said he is a roo, but to me he is showing pullet traits.. Not familiar with Frizzell so anyone have an opinion?

We will need to know the age of the bird as it is shown in the photo - and a photo of the bird taken in natural lighting that shows the whole bird in a natural, standing position would be more helpful in a gender ID.

Where are we going, and why are we in this hand basket?

I'm leaning towards cockerel.
