Hi All I'm new here and I'm realizing there is so much to learn about chickens! We have a newer hen recently added to our established flock and the others are not accepting her well... Any suggestions in helping this process or should we separate her? Thank you BYC for allowing me to join!

Welcome  to BYC,  I suggest you check out the  "integrating new birds to old"  threads on BYC.  The "Look but don't touch,"  method seems to be  one of the favored approaches.

I've used the "look but don't touch" method and can vouch for it. CTKen has given you some very helpful links. The Learning Center also has good information about adding new birds to an existing flock (the process starts with isolating the newbies for a 30 day period first to avoid passing illness/pests to your existing flock).

Good luck!
