I just got a new 6 week old chick from my next door neighbor but she isn't fitting in very well. My other chickens pick on her all the time and show no signs of liking her yet. I don't know how much longer she can take this. HELP!

We are slowly introducing her to the flock by letting her explore the garden but with us watching, its strange though because they seem to take an positive interest on her but as soon as she comes out of her coop she is attacked!

You should put her in a confined cage inside of your coop or run, so they can mix but can not touch and then slowly let them all out to free range together. I have also heard if you put them in the coop at night and then they wake up and are together they do fine but I have never had that work for me. Is she the same size as them or is she much smaller? If she is much smaller it's best to wait until she is closer to their size as well.
Good luck!
