Welch harlequin?

So we text my got two ducklings from tractor supply one is a khaki Campbell, for sure but mine I was told was a pekin but I'm starting to think is a welch harlequin. He is bigger than the khaki so far and his head is turning dark.

I'm pretty bummed, I really wanted a pekin and everything he's looking to turn out to be isn't even listed as what they sell there, however I still love him all the same.
