Hi I am a 52 year old city slicker that moved to the country about 5 years ago. I got chickens and I really love them. Its relaxing to me to go outside in the mornings and hear their little rih rirs and the eggs compared to store bought eggs?????????????? Who knew they were so much better,,,,,,day and night, I even have my mom and her friends trying their hand at raising chickens. My niece actually got me started with them when she got them as pets and her mom caught them in her kitchen too many times. lol My poor niece.....but she did tell her I guess. ha ha Now we have 25 chickens and 6 goats and 3 cows 2 dogs a cat 2 ferrets a snake 3 fish and a partridge in a pear tree
