Sour Crop?

Hello,
We have a girl that we believe has sour crop. About a week ago her crop was hard and as large as a softball. We isolated her and she slowly spit up the stuff by herself. It was almost back to normal two days. She was pooping and drinking plenty of water. Now all of a sudden it had gotten big again. Except it's very squishy, almost like the water isn't going through her now? She has still managed to poop a bit. She isn't lethargic at all. Anyone have ideas or suggestions!?

Does her breath smell sour?
What type of foods/treats do you feed?
Do you provide grit?

The crop will go up and down during the day. Chickens will ideally go to bed with a full crop and it should be empty or mostly empty by morning.
