Brand new to chickens, brand new to BYC! Hello! My 4 babies are finally 5 and 6 weeks, so I thought I'd drop by over here and see if anyone has any clues for me :) Thanks so much in advance - and I tried to get good shots, I promise!

#1: Cuckoo Maran, 6 weeks old

#2 Buckeye, 5 weeks

One more of the comb

#3 Easter Egger, 5 weeks

And one of the comb

And finally #4, Speckled Sussex, 5 weeks old
At this point they all still look like pullets.

@Faraday40 Thanks! None of them were screaming cockerel to me (and I'm not allowed to have them where I live, as is the case for many folks), but it's always nice to have someone take a gander and guess too :) Now to continue to cross my fingers!

My hen hatched out these chicks five weeks ago. Any guesses on Pullets or roos? The first and second are the same bird, an easter egger.

This black chick is a olive egger

This dark blue chick was supposed to be a blue marans, but lacks the correct comb and feathered feet. I think it must be some kind of mix. Thoughts? It is the smallest of all the chicks.

This is the black copper marans

The last chick is another easter egger

Thank you for your help!!!!!!

I think my post got lost in the shuffle! Help!!!!!!! Any guesses as to the sex of these birds? I'm fearing all but one are roos

Sorry they got lost! It does look like you've got some cockerels, but they are a little young to be sure as they don't have tons of comb, etc. Please post standing profile pictures without anything blocking the body in a couple weeks. :)

What do you think of these? A golden sebright and a silkie...both are 6 weeks old. Two pics of each. We're seeing recent aggressive behavior in the sebright, so worried it's a male.
