It is my first time owning chickens as pets. This website has been extremely helpful so far! The "girls" are 3 weeks old today. I got 2 buff Orphington; 2 Black Australorp, and 1 Barred Rock. All pullets but I am afraid that my one BA girl may be a roo. He/she is getting a very tall comb, no tail yet and large thick legs. I know these girls are a bigger bread in general and I would be heartbroken if he/she was a roo as I can't keep them where I live.
I am hoping to post some photos for people to help me along the way!
