I want to get some frizzle chicks and a frizzle roo, of course! Can't seem to find any online. Does anyone know where to look? And I'm willing to pick up if anyone nearby is selling. ūüėä I am in south Texas. A couple hours south of Houston. Thanks!!

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

Hello there and welcome to BYC! :frow

You might try looking in our Buy Sell and Trade section here on BYC. You might find some breeders or some in the Animals in need of Free Rehoming section... http://www.backyardchickens.com/f/67/buy-sell-trade

Check bulletin boards at feed stores and even contact your local 4-H club. Lots of times they know where all the breeders are.

Good luck in your search and we do welcome you to our flock!

yes,  your state thread may provide some sources.   Welcome to BYC.  One caveat   - you don't breed frizzle to frizzle - they generally end up with feathers that break off & baldness.

Here is the Where am I Where are You forums... http://www.backyardchickens.com/f/26/where-am-i-where-are-you

if you can't find your state thread somewhere on this page or the next, you can always type your State in the top white bar beneath the tabs at the top of this page,(home, forum, breeds, coops,) and that should lead you to your state thread. :-)
