My hen that I talked about doing this keeps getting more and more frequent and it's the only sound she makes. She's also developed a strange breathing pattern. Not struggling to breath just a strange pattern. She doesn't show any other problems. My husband and I think something developed incorrectly, like perhaps her trachea.
